Return Policy

Please examine our return policy thoroughly before you buy or bid on our item. This will help guarantee a delightful transaction with us.

All our items are listed as accurately as possible, and are inspected carefully before shipping. If for some reason your item is damaged, you received the wrong item, or you feel that we gave misleading statements in our listing we will refund or exchange, which ever you prefer (and as long as there is stock for an exchange).

However, claims for Refund or Exchange must be made in writing (email) within 3 days of the receipt of the item. After our mutual agreement, the item/s must be returned to us in 10 days and in the same condition as it was sent: with original packaging and tags – subject to our inspection upon receipt.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
